What i need to do first is get done with high school and graduate and get my diploma. Then i need to get my college education. Once i have my degree and come a police officer and then become a CSI investigator. What you need to have is an associate degree in forensic technology or a field that is close to it. another thing you need is on to three tears of CSI experience. You need a valid drivers license, and a certificate saying that you took the proficiency test within a year of hire or if you're going for CSI 2 it is required upon hire. Columbia College, Edison State College, Florida Sate University, George Washington University, Marshall University, Missouri Western State University, Townson University, University of California, University of Central Florida, and West Virginia University are the top ten colleges that you can master in CSI investigation. You need a minimum GPA of a 3.0 average, and a full time enrollment in a baccalaureate program at CSI. You also need to passed or exempt from all three CUNY Assessments. Another thing is you need to have 12-36 credits. If you have more and have at least two full academic years of undergraduate study remaining are considered on a case-by-case basis, If you have fewer than 12 credits completed you will considered based on the high school academic record in addition to the CSI academic record.the average salary a year for a CSI investigator is $20,000-$50,000. The difference in the salary is based on their education level and training level.
